Abstract
To manufacture a plurality of kinds of rotors with high production efficiency.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing apparatus, a core 11 is arranged between a first mold part 20 and a second mold part 50. The first mold part 20 has a workpiece spacer 40 on a side adjacent to the core 11, and a lamination thickness adjustment block 30 on a side separated from the core 11. A float pin 41a is projectingly provided on a first end face 41 of the workpiece spacer 40. A pin storage recess 32 is provided on an upper surface 31 of the lamination thickness adjustment block 30. In an arrangement mode of the workpiece spacer 40, any one of first arrangement where the first end face 41 is adjacent to the core 11, and second arrangement where a second end face 42 is adjacent to the core 11 is selectable. In the first arrangement, the end of a magnet 14 is supported by the projecting end of the float pin 41a inside the magnet storage hole 13, and the magnet storage hole 13 is blocked by the first end face 41. In the second arrangement, the magnet storage hole 13 is blocked by the second end face 42, and the float pin 41a is stored in the pin storage recess 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
