Control device and program for a 3-level inverter

Abstract

To provide a control device for a three-level inverter capable of suppressing the occurrence of a situation where a load is concentrated on a specific switch.SOLUTION: A control device 50 is applied to a system comprising first and second power storage sections 21 and 22, a rotary electric machine 10 and a three-level inverter 30 and performs switching control of switches SUH-SWL and QU1-QW2. The control device 50 comprises: a setting section which sets a drive pattern consisting of a combination of drive states of the switches SUH-SWL and QU1-QW2 and appearance periods of the drive states on the basis of a command voltage for controlling a control amount of the rotary electric machine 10 into a command value; and a control section which performs the switching control on the basis of the set drive pattern and the set appearance periods of the drive states. The setting section sets the drive pattern so as to include at least two of three different zero voltage drive states. The control section adjusts the appearance period of each zero voltage drive state included in the drive pattern during the switching control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
