Abstract

To provide strategic recommendations, links to executable tasks, performance planning, measurement methods in a workflow, a device, and a storage medium.SOLUTION: A method includes receiving electronic documents pertaining to a plurality of items managed by an online digital service and storing workflow data for the items on the basis of processing of the electronic documents. The workflow data contains a plurality of workflow data items, and each workflow data item indicates a status of a corresponding item of the plurality of items. The method also includes receiving a request for item data associated with a particular item of the plurality of items from a computing device, retrieving the item data in response to the request, and retrieving additional data generated by another computer system.
