Abstract

Provided is an RNA delivery system based on a viral vector and its use. The RNA delivery system includes a viral vector carrying an RNA fragment to be delivered, which is enriched in a host organ tissue and can endogenously and spontaneously form a complex structure containing the RNA fragment in the host organ tissue, and the complex structure can enter and bind to the target tissue to deliver the RNA fragment to the target tissue. The viral vector has a targeting tag. The complex structure is an exosome. The RNA delivery system based on the viral vector has been thoroughly verified in terms of safety and reliability, has excellent drug discovery potential, is highly versatile, and has excellent economical potential and future applications.
