Abstract

To efficiently change a chuck or a gripper of a capping head in accordance with a type of a container.SOLUTION: A container V is conveyed in an aligned state to a capping position P1 by a container conveyor 12. A capping part 14 includes: a capping unit 22A formed of a gripper 26A and a capping head 24A; a capping unit 22B formed of a gripper 26B and a capping head 24B; a rotary base 20 on which the capping unit 22A and the capping unit 22B are mounted; and a rotary mechanism that rotates the rotary base 20. By rotating the rotary base 20, one of the capping units 22A, 22B is positioned in the capping position P1, and the other unit is positioned in a component replacing position P2 separated from the capping position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
