Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] Firstly, the coffee extractors described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have the drawback of requiring a guide mechanism to allow the plunger to be pushed down by a push rod. This mechanism involves drilling a through hole in the center of the cap fitted to the opening of the glass container, through which the push rod is inserted, and connecting the push rod and the plunger. This complexity of the structure increases production costs. Secondly, because the lid, push rod, and plunger are all connected as a single unit, attaching and detaching them is cumbersome. Furthermore, if the push rod and plunger are already in place, it is difficult or impossible to directly drink the extracted beverage from the container. The only option is to transfer it to a suitable container through the spout before drinking, thus limiting its usability. Thirdly, neither the first nor the second patent document deals with tea bags, but rather with coffee and tea powders. Therefore, the extraction methods are completely different, and consequently, the problems to be solved are different. Fourthly, there is a problem in that the containers that can be used are limited to cylindrical shapes due to their structure, thus narrowing their range of application.
[0005] The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and its first objective is to provide a beverage dispensing device that can be constructed simply, inexpensively, and miniaturized. The second objective is to provide a beverage extractor that is easy to attach to and detach from a container, and that allows the beverage extracted from the tea bag to be consumed even with the extractor set in the container. Furthermore, the third objective is to target tea bags and analyze the contents of the tea bags, including black tea, green tea, and Chinese tea. Tea The objective is to provide a beverage extraction device that can efficiently extract the essence from tea leaves or coffee powder, while also suppressing off-flavors from the tea leaves or coffee powder. Furthermore, the fourth objective is that the containers to be used are not limited to cylindrical shapes, but also include those with an inverted truncated cone cross-section, or pitchers and teapots with a medium-sized, pot-like shape. like The objective is to provide a beverage dispensing device with an extremely wide range of applications. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The beverage extractor according to claim 1 is intended to achieve the first to fourth objectives described above. A beverage extractor for extracting an extract into a container by adding a tea bag and water or hot water to the container comprises: a thin, plate-shaped disc portion having a diameter that can be comfortably fitted into the inner wall of the bottom of the container; an elongated link portion connected substantially vertically to one point on the outer edge of the disc portion and supporting the disc portion in a cantilevered manner; and a handle portion extending above the link portion and curved downward at its upper end. The handle portion is made of an elastic material that, when the disc portion is in contact with the tea bag placed at the bottom of the container, elastically grips the top of the container with the handle portion and maintains the contact state. Its defining characteristic is its structure. [Effects of the Invention]
[0007] According to the invention described in claim 1, A beverage extractor for extracting an extract into a container by adding a tea bag and water or hot water to the container comprises: a thin, plate-shaped disc portion having a diameter that can be comfortably fitted into the inner wall of the bottom of the container; an elongated link portion connected substantially vertically to one point on the outer edge of the disc portion and supporting the disc portion in a cantilevered manner; and a handle portion extending above the link portion and curved downward at its upper end. The handle portion is made of an elastic material that, when the disc portion is in contact with the tea bag placed at the bottom of the container, elastically grips the top of the container with the handle portion and maintains the contact state. As a result of this configuration, firstly, it is possible to provide a beverage dispensing device that has a simple configuration, can be miniaturized, and can reduce costs. Secondly, it is possible to provide a user-friendly beverage extractor that is easy to attach and detach from the container, and allows the beverage liquid extracted from the tea bag to be consumed even with the beverage extractor set in the container. Thirdly, regarding tea bags, the black tea, green tea, and Chinese tea inside the tea bags Tea We can provide a beverage extraction device that can efficiently extract the essence from tea leaves or coffee powder, and can also suppress off-flavors from the tea leaves or coffee powder. Fourthly, the containers to be used are not limited to cylindrical shapes, but also include those with an inverted truncated cone cross-section, or jar-shaped pitchers and kettle containers. SuWe can provide a beverage dispenser that is extremely versatile and easy to use, allowing you to select existing containers as needed. Fifth, by using spring force to maintain the position where the disc portion is pressed against the tea bag between the link portion and the handle portion, the extraction of extract from the tea bag can be prevented. ru. Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described through embodiments of the present invention. However, the following embodiments do not limit the invention according to the claims, and not all combinations of features described in the embodiments are essential for the solution means of the invention.
[0010] 〔First Embodiment〕 Next, an embodiment of a beverage extractor according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view showing the usage state of a beverage extractor according to the first embodiment of the present invention with a part of the container broken. An example of the container according to this first embodiment is a mug. The mug 1 has a frustum of a cone shape in cross-section, the diameter of the upper end portion 1b is larger than the diameter of the bottom portion 1a, and a handle Department 1c is integrally formed on the side surface. On the inner wall of the bottom portion 1a of this mug 1, a thin plate-like disk portion 3a having a diameter that can be fitted with a margin, and a link portion 3b that is connected substantially vertically to one location on the outer peripheral edge of this disk portion 3a and supports the disk portion 3a in a cantilever state. It extends above the link portion 3b and is bent in an arc shape laterally from around the upper end portion 1b of the mug 1, and further extends downward and is bent so that its tip is folded back in an arc shape upward, forming a handle portion 1c as shown in the figure.
[0011] When the beverage extractor 3 configured in this way is inserted into a mug 1 containing a tea bag and hot water and shaken up and down, the disc portion 3a swings inside the mug 1, promoting extraction. After extraction, pressing down on the entire beverage extraction device 3 and firmly pressing down on the tea bag 2 will stop the extraction of the extract. In this way, by holding the handle 1c of the mug 1 and swinging it, you can directly drink the delicious and flavorful extract. By holding down the tea bag 2, which has finished its extraction, with the disc part 3a, the extraction stops. To extract the tea bag 2's essence again, as described above, hold the handle part 3c of the beverage extractor 3 and pull it upwards, and then swing the disc part 3a up and down in the middle of the mug 1 to extract the essence again and enjoy a delicious drink.
[0012] The number of extractions depends on the type of tea leaves or powder contained in tea bag 2. For example, with powdered coffee, it can be extracted up to twice, and with sencha, it can be extracted up to three times, and with green tea, it can also be extracted up to three times. Furthermore, the deliciousness and flavor of the extract vary depending on the water temperature, the number of times the pot is swung up and down, etc., so the advantage is that you can adjust these settings while observing the color of the extracted liquid. Furthermore, when making cold brew tea using two tea bags and water in one mug, there is the advantage of being able to extract the flavor in a short amount of time. For example, experiments have confirmed that cold-brewing green tea, which traditionally took 8 hours, can now be done in 10 minutes, black tea can be extracted in 1 hour depending on the size of the tea leaves, and coffee can also be extracted in 1 hour. In this way, even with the tea bag 2 that has been extracted once, after keeping it pressed down by the disc part 3a, for the second and subsequent extractions, the disc part 3a is released upwards, and the swinging motion is repeated, allowing the remaining flavor to be extracted a second and third time as well.
[0013] [Second Embodiment] Next, a second embodiment will be described using Figure 2. Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a beverage extractor according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this second embodiment of the present invention, a glass cup 11 is used as the container. This glass cup 11 differs from the mug cup 1 in Figure 1 above only in that its bottom portion 11a and upper portion 11b are formed in a cylindrical shape with the same diameter, and the effects and advantages of the invention are the same as when using the mug cup of the first embodiment.
[0014] However, the only difference is that the mug 1 shown in Figure 1 is generally made of ceramic, while the glass cup 11 in Figure 2 is made of glass. Accordingly, in the beverage dispenser 13 shown in Figure 2, the disc portion 13a is positioned at the bottom 11a of the glass cup 11, and the link portion 13b connected to it extends upward so as to contact the inner wall surface of the glass cup 11, and the handle portion 11c is bent in an inverted S shape from around the upper end 11b of the glass cup 11.
[0015] [Third Embodiment] A beverage dispensing device according to the third embodiment will be described using Figures 3 to 5. The beverage dispenser 23 shown in Figures 3 to 5 differs from the first and second embodiments in the configuration and function of the handle portion 23c.
[0016] Specifically, in Figures 3 to 5, the handle portion 23c is joined or integrated with the disc portion 23a at its lower end, extends along (contacts) the inner wall surface of the glass cup 21 to slightly above the upper end portion 21b of the glass cup 21, then bends outward in an arc shape, extends further downward, bends so as to be strongly pressed against the side wall surface of the glass cup 21, and then bends upward in a U shape. In other words, at least the link portion 23b and handle portion 23c of this beverage dispenser 23 are made of spring steel, which is first formed into the shape shown in the figure, then oil-quenched at 830-860°C, and tempered at 450-540°C to create a troostite or sorbite structure, thereby completing the handle portion 23c which has spring properties.
[0017] By using at least the link portion 23b and the handle portion 23c, which are given spring properties in this way, the following effects can be obtained. In other words, the entire beverage dispenser 23 is held in the hand from above the glass cup 21 containing the tea bag 2 and lowered downwards until the disc portion 23a is positioned slightly above the tea bag 2, and this position can be maintained even after releasing the hand from the handle portion 23c. As described above, since at least the link portion 23b and the handle portion 23c are made by processing spring steel, the handle portion 23c is configured to press firmly against the link portion 23b with elastic force due to its spring properties. Therefore, when inserted into a container (glass cup 21), the link portion 23b and the handle portion 23c press against the glass cup 21, and the frictional force caused by this pressure locks and holds it in the desired position. For example, as shown in Figure 5, the tea bag 2 placed at the bottom of the glass cup 21 can be held in a position where it is firmly pressed by the disc portion 23a.
[0018] Next, the disc portion 23a is manually lowered to a position above the tea bag 2, and stopped by the frictional force between the handle portion 23c and the glass cup 21. In that state, pour water or hot water into the glass cup 21. Then, as shown in Figure 4, the handle portion 23c is pinched with the fingertips, causing the disc portion 23a to rise to about the middle of the glass cup 21 and to swing up and down. This promotes the extraction of extract from tea bag 2. Subsequently, as shown in Figure 5, the disc portion 23a is pressed down by the handle portion 23c, and the tea bag 2 is pressed against it. The spring force between the link portion 23b and the handle portion 23c then holds this position. By doing this, you can prevent the extraction of extract from tea bag 2 and also stop the bitterness. With the configuration described above, after the first extraction, the tea bag 2 is pressed down by the disc section 23a to stop the extraction, so the remaining flavor can be extracted in the second and third infusions as well.
[0019] [Fourth Embodiment] Figure 6 is a perspective view showing the state of use of a beverage dispenser according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The container in this fourth embodiment is a tumbler. The tumbler has a shape in which the diameter of the upper end 31b is slightly larger than the diameter of the base 31a, and its height is greater than that of a glass cup. Furthermore, the upper end 31b has a male threaded portion that screws onto a cap (not shown). In this embodiment as well, the beverage dispenser 33 consists of a disc portion 33a, a link portion 33b, and a handle portion 33c. Figure 6 shows the disc portion 33a swinging around the middle of the tumbler 31. In Figure 6, some of the tumblers 31 are not transparent, but for the sake of ease of drawing, the tumblers 31 are depicted as transparent.
[0020] [Fifth Embodiment] Figure 7 is a perspective view showing an example of applying the beverage dispenser according to the fifth embodiment to a pitcher as a container. This pitcher 41 is a known type, with a bulge in the middle and a constriction near the upper end 41b, and has a handle portion 41c and a spout at the upper end. Furthermore, the beverage dispenser 43 is also formed by integrally connecting the disc portion 43a, the link portion 43b, and the handle portion 43c, as described above. However, the handle portion 43c differs from the handle portions shown in Figures 1 to 5 in that, like the handle portion 33c in Figure 6, it is bent into an inverted U shape at its upper end.
[0021] Figure 8 is a front view showing the pre-processing state of a beverage extraction device applicable to each embodiment of the present invention. In Figure 8, the disc portion 3a, link portion 3b, and handle portion 3c are integrally molded, and constricted portions d1, d2, and d3 are formed particularly between the link portion 3b and the handle portion 3c. This constricted section d1 is easily bent outward and downward near the upper end of the link section 3b, and the constricted section d2 is easily bent outward in an arc from top to bottom, and the constricted section d3 is easily bent outward in an arc from side to side, which is convenient.
[0022] Figure 9 shows an embodiment of the disc portion of a beverage dispenser. Of these, (a) is a disk portion 3a1 formed in a grid pattern with countless holes, and (b) is a disk portion 3a2 formed with countless holes on multiple concentric circles, both having through holes extending from the top surface to the bottom surface. Furthermore, although the disc 3a3 shown in Figure 9(c) has no holes formed in it, it is assumed to be formed to be somewhat smaller than the inner diameter of the bottom of the container. In other words, the container should have gaps that allow the tea bag extract to circulate.
[0023] [Sixth Embodiment] Figure 10 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a beverage dispensing device according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention. Figure 10 shows a teapot 51 as an example of a container. This teapot 51 differs in that it has a base that protrudes in a contour shape at the bottom 51a, a large bulge in the middle, and an opening at the upper end 51b, over which a lid 51d is attached. On the other hand, Figure 10(a) shows a beverage dispenser 53 consisting of a disc portion 53a, a link portion 53b, and a handle portion 53c, which is set inside the teapot 51. The teapot 51 shown in Figure 10 differs from a known teapot only in that a notch 51e is formed in the lid 51d.
[0024] Furthermore, regarding the beverage dispenser 53, a feature not found in other examples is the presence of a notch 51e in the link portion 53b, as shown in Figure 11. That is, as shown in Figure 10, the disk is located at approximately the middle position inside the teapot 51. Department To ensure that 53a maintains a fixed position, it was configured as follows. In other words, the notch 53e formed in the link portion 53b engages with the notch 53e formed in the lid 51d of the teapot 51, thereby providing a function to maintain a constant height position for the link portion 53b. Although Figures 10 and 11 show an example in which one notch 53e is formed in the link portion 53b, multiple notches, for example two, may be formed. In other words, for example, in order to stop the extraction of the extract, the notch of the link portion 53c should be set to engage with the notch portion 51e of the lid 51d so that the disc 53a holds the tea bag 2 in a position where it is strongly crushed.
[0025] Furthermore, the link portion 53b may be made without a notch. While mild steel and aluminum alloys are inexpensive materials for beverage dispensers, stainless steel is preferable due to its resistance to rust. While synthetic resin could also be used, it is not suitable because it undergoes plastic deformation that causes the handle to deform, and it does not return to its original shape. Furthermore, when we prototyped bamboo parts for the linkage and handle, for example, we found that they are suitable for teapots because of their Japanese aesthetic. The beverage extraction device of the present invention has been described above in terms of several embodiments. Below, we will add some information about the effects that the present invention can provide. Firstly, it has a simple structure, can be made compact, and can provide a beverage dispensing device that is extremely low-cost compared to conventional devices of this type.
