Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a functional garment having a function of maintaining the posture of a wearer, a function of stabilizing the pelvis, and a function of assisting the rising motion from a forward bending state.

Background Art

[0002] In recent years, in the construction industry, caregiving, logistics industry, etc., the progress of aging of workers engaged in on-site work has become a problem.

[0003] For example, at a construction work site, there are many tasks that impose a large load on the worker's body, such as tasks performed for a long time in a half-bent or squatting posture, or tasks involving forward bending and rising motions when lifting materials, etc. In recent years, in this construction industry, as described above, the aging of workers engaged in on-site work has progressed, and problems such as a decrease in work efficiency and physical injuries such as low back pain have increased.

[0004] Conventionally, in order to solve such problems, for example, a work assistance suit shown in Patent Document 1 (hereinafter referred to as "conventional example") has been proposed.

[0005] As shown in FIG. 12, this conventional example includes an elastic body 21 for body side support and an elastic body 22 for waist support, and is configured to assist the operation of the worker by the action of these elastic bodies.

[0006] Specifically, the elastic body 21 for body side support is provided along the body side from near the armpit to near the waist of the work clothing main body portion 20, and generates an elastic force as the wearer bends or twists the body side, and is configured to assist the return motion from a posture where the body side is bent or twisted by this elastic force.

[0007] Also, the elastic body 22 for waist support is provided along the vertical direction on the back of the waist of the work clothing main body portion 20, generates an elastic force as the wearer bends the waist, and is configured to assist the return motion from a posture where the waist is bent by this elastic force. [Prior art documents] [Patent Documents]

[0008] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6671746 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0009] However, conventional designs use metal leaf springs or coil springs as the side support elastic body 21 and the lumbar support elastic body 22. As a result, the areas where the side support elastic body 21 and the lumbar support elastic body 22 are provided become stiff and lack flexibility, causing discomfort and poor wearability. Furthermore, while the side support elastic body 21 and the lumbar support elastic body 22 support recovery movements, they can become a burden when bending the sides of the body or the waist, making movement difficult.

[0010] Furthermore, as mentioned above, conventional examples are intended to support recovery movements from bent or twisted body positions, or from a bent-waist position. Therefore, even if wearing them reduces the load on the body during movement, they lack the function of protecting the wearer's body, such as the easily injured waist and torso, and in some cases, may cause back pain or other injuries.

[0011] This invention has been made in view of the problems of such conventional examples, and aims to propose functional clothing that is comfortable to wear, allows for easy movement, protects the wearer's body, assists in standing up from a bent-over position, and prevents physical injuries such as lower back pain as much as possible. [Means for solving the problem]

[0012] The gist of the present invention will be explained with reference to the attached drawings.

[0013] The garment body 1 is a mesh vest, the part of which is located on the wearer's abdomen is made of a first stretchable fabric with a polyester yarn to polyurethane yarn blend ratio (%) of 87:13 to 89:11, and is configured to stretch when worn to create pressure on the wearer's abdomen. A belt-shaped waist belt 4 is attached to the lower part of the garment body 1, covering the wearer's waist and stretching in the direction of the wearer's waist to tighten the waist. Furthermore, an X-shaped back belt 5 consisting of a first belt portion 5a and a second belt portion 5b is attached to the upper part of the back body 3 of the garment body 1, and both the back belt 5 and the waist belt 4 are flexible and have no interlining. and used in the first stretchable fabric polyester yarn and Polyurethane yarn The same polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn The garment body 1 is composed of a second stretchable fabric with a blend ratio of 84:16 to 86:14, and the back body 3 is composed of a central part 3a and side parts 3b arranged on both sides of the central part 3a, with each side part 3b connected to the front body 2 by sewing, and the garment body 1 is provided with a slip-up prevention part 10 around the entire circumference of the hem, and the first belt part 5a has one end attached to the left shoulder part 2 of the front body 2. The present invention relates to a functional garment characterized in that the first belt portion 5a is connected to a and the other end is connected to the connection between the central portion 3a and the right side portion 3b of the back body 3, one end of the second belt portion 5b is connected to the right shoulder portion 2b of the front body 2 and the other end is connected to the connection between the central portion 3a and the left side portion 3b of the back body 3, and the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are each provided to be expandable and contractible in the longitudinal direction.

[0014] Furthermore, the functional garment according to claim 1 is characterized in that the garment body 1 is such that the left front panel 2A and the right front panel 2B are detachably connected via a zipper 6.

[0015] Also, in the functional clothing according to claim 2, the clothing body 1 is provided with a latching portion 7a at one connecting edge portion of the left front part 2A and the right front part 2B, and a receiving portion 7b that engages with the latching portion 7a is provided at the other connecting edge portion. The latching portion 7a and the receiving portion 7b are each provided with a knob portion 8 for pulling the latching portion 7a toward the receiving portion 7b side and the receiving portion 7b toward the latching portion 7a side. This knob portion 8 is colored in a color different from that of the clothing body 1, and relates to functional clothing.

[0016] Also, in the functional clothing according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the back belt 5 is provided with an insertion portion 9 in either the first belt portion 5a or the second belt portion 5b, and the other is inserted into this insertion portion 9 so as to be movable in the insertion direction, and relates to functional clothing.

Advantages of the Invention

[0017] Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is comfortable to wear, easy to move, and protects the body of the wearer, supports the rising motion from the forward bending state, and is an epoch-making functional clothing with excellent practicality that can prevent physical injuries such as low back pain as much as possible.

Embodiments for Carrying out the Invention

[0019] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be briefly described based on the drawings to show the operation of the present invention.

[0020] In the present invention, the clothing body 1 is configured in a vest shape, and further, the part located at the abdomen of the wearer is made of a first stretchable fabric and is configured to stretch upon wearing to generate a wearing pressure on the abdomen of the wearer. Therefore, there is no tightening effect on the arms, etc., and the arms can move freely, and at the same time, pressure is applied to the abdomen of the wearer, thereby stabilizing the body axis and improving the mobility of the body.

[0021] Also, in the present invention, a waist belt 4 is provided at the lower part of the clothing body 1, and this waist belt 4 is configured in a belt shape that can cover the waist of the wearer and tighten the waist. Therefore, the pelvis is stabilized by tightening, and the burden on the waist is reduced.

[0022] Furthermore, in this invention, a back belt 5 is provided on the upper part of the back panel 3 of the garment body 1. This back belt 5 is configured in an X shape, consisting of a first belt portion 5a, one end of which is connected to the left shoulder portion 2a and the other end of which is connected to the right side of the back panel 3, and a second belt portion 5b, one end of which is connected to the right shoulder portion 2b and the other end of which is connected to the left side of the back panel 3 and intersects with the first belt portion 5a. Moreover, the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are each made of a second stretchable fabric that generates a greater elastic force than the elastic force of the first stretchable fabric that constitutes the garment body 1. As a result, when worn, the back belt 5 stretches, and the elastic force generated by this stretching straightens the spine and maintains the wearer's correct posture. Furthermore, bending forward causes further stretching, generating an even greater elastic force, which assists in standing up from a bent-over position and reduces the wearer's physical burden.

[0023] Furthermore, since the present invention does not use a metal elastic core as in conventional examples in the waist belt 4 and back belt 5, but instead utilizes the elasticity of a second stretchable fabric that is highly elastic (capable of generating a large elastic force), the absence of a core makes it comfortable to wear and does not hinder movement when worn. [Examples]

[0024] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0025] This embodiment is a functional garment that has the function of supporting the wearer's body axis function, pelvic stabilization function, and the movement of getting up from a bent-over position.

[0026] Specifically, this embodiment has a vest-like garment body 1 in which the part located at the wearer's abdomen is made of a first stretchable fabric and is configured to stretch when worn, creating pressure on the wearer's abdomen. A belt-shaped waist belt 4 is provided at the lower part of the garment body 1 that covers the wearer's waist and can tighten the waist. Furthermore, an X-shaped back belt 5 is provided at the upper part of the back body 3 of the garment body 1, consisting of a first belt portion 5a with one end connected to the left shoulder portion 2a and the other end connected to the right side of the back body 3, and a second belt portion 5b with one end connected to the right shoulder portion 2b and the other end connected to the left side of the back body 3, intersecting with the first belt portion 5a. The first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b of the back belt 5 are each made of a second stretchable fabric that has a greater elastic force than the elastic force of the first stretchable fabric, and are configured to straighten the wearer's spine and assist in standing up from a bent-over position.

[0027] The components of this embodiment will be described in detail below.

[0028] The garment body 1 of this embodiment is constructed as a mesh vest using a first stretchable fabric made from polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 87-89%, polyurethane yarn: 11-13%, preferably polyester yarn: 888%, polyurethane yarn: 12%). The mixing ratio (composition ratio) of polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn is not limited to the specific example described above, and can be appropriately adopted as long as it achieves the effects of this embodiment.

[0029] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the garment body 1 is configured as a front-opening type vest in which the left front panel 2A and the right front panel 2B of the front body 2 are detachably connected via a zipper 6.

[0030] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 2, the back panel 3 is configured to cover the torso (back) from the armpits downwards, that is, it does not cover the area above the armpits. Moreover, the back panel 3 is composed of three parts: a central part 3a and side parts 3b located on both sides of the central part 3a, with each side part 3b connected to the front panel 2 by sewing.

[0031] Furthermore, the chest and waist dimensions of the garment itself are set smaller than those of a typical garment of the same size, so that compression occurs when the wearer wears the same size as their usual clothing.

[0032] Specifically, the garment body 1 of this embodiment has chest and waist dimensions set to the dimensions shown in Table 1 for each size from S to O. Compared to the comparative example (a general sleeveless undershirt manufactured and sold by the applicant (product name: BreathTech PP)), the chest dimension is set to approximately 89-91% and the waist dimension to approximately 83-84%.

[0033] [Table 1]

[0034] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3, the garment body 1 is provided with a fastening portion 7a on one connecting edge of the left front panel 2A and the right front panel 2B, and a receiving portion 7b that engages with the fastening portion 7a on the other connecting edge (in this embodiment, as shown in Figure 3, the receiving portion 7b is provided on the left front panel 2A and the fastening portion 7a is provided on the right front panel 2B).

[0035] In other words, as described above, in this embodiment, the chest and waist dimensions are set smaller than those of a typical garment of the same size so that compression occurs when the garment body 1 is worn. Therefore, when wearing the garment body 1, with the arms through both sleeves and the garment body 1 draped over the body, as shown in Figure 5, the lower ends of the zipper 6 (the butterfly bar 6a side and the box 6b side) are too far apart, making it difficult to close the zipper 6. However, by engaging the latching part 7a provided on the right front body 2B and the receiving part 7b provided on the left front body 2A, as shown in Figure 6, the lower ends of the zipper 6 (the butterfly bar 6a side and the box 6b side) are brought closer together, and as shown in Figure 7, the zipper 6 can be easily closed.

[0036] Specifically, the fastening portion 7a is configured as a hook (hook-shaped portion), and the receiving portion 7b is configured as an annular portion. Both are provided on the back side (the back side of the zipper 6) near the center of the height direction of the front body 2, and as shown in Figure 8, they are configured to be concealed and stored inside the front body 2 when the zipper 6 is closed.

[0037] Furthermore, the latching portion 7a is provided with a handle portion 8 for pulling the latching portion 7a towards the receiving portion 7b and for engaging it, and the receiving portion 7b is also provided with a handle portion 8 for pulling the receiving portion 7b towards the latching portion 7a and for engaging it.

[0038] Furthermore, each tab 8 is colored a different color from the garment body 1, specifically a color that stands out against the color of the garment body 1 and can be easily distinguished from the garment body 1 (in this embodiment, the garment body 1 is black and the tab 8 is red).

[0039] In other words, in this embodiment, when engaging the latching portion 7a and the receiving portion 7b, the positions of the latching portion 7a and the receiving portion 7b can be easily recognized by the gripping portion 8, and furthermore, by gripping each of the gripping portions 8, the pulling operation becomes easier, and the latching portion 7a and the receiving portion 7b can be easily pulled together and engaged.

[0040] Furthermore, a slip-up prevention section 10 is provided along the hemline on the inside (back side) of the hem of the garment body 1.

[0041] Specifically, the anti-slip section 10 is made of fabric with a silicone print and is provided around the entire circumference of the hem of the garment body 1.

[0042] In other words, the garment body 1 of this embodiment is configured such that when worn, the anti-slip portion 10 provided at the hem adheres closely to the wearer's body, and the garment body 1 is prevented from slipping up as much as possible during work movements.

[0043] Furthermore, the waist belt 4 provided at the lower part of the garment body 1 is configured to cover the wearer's waist and to be able to tighten around the waist, as shown in Figure 9.

[0044] Specifically, the waist belt 4 is made of a second stretchable fabric that has stronger elasticity (high elasticity) than the first stretchable fabric that makes up the flexible garment body 1, without using bones, hard mesh, or interlining. Specifically, it is made of a fabric using polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 84-86%, polyurethane yarn: 14-16%, preferably polyester yarn: 85%, polyurethane yarn: 15%), and is provided at the lower part (near the waist) of the back panel 3 (central part 3a) of the garment body 1, with both ends joined on the front panel 2 side (the wearer's abdominal side). Note that the mixing ratio (composition ratio) of polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn is not limited to the specific example described above, and can be appropriately adopted as long as it achieves the effects of this embodiment.

[0045] More specifically, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the waist belt 4 has a hook portion 11a of a hook-and-loop fastener on the back side of one end, and a loop portion 11b that engages (locks) with the hook portion 11a of the hook-and-loop fastener on the front side of the other end. The engagement (locking) of the hook portion 11a and the loop portion 11b allows both ends to be joined together on the front body 2 side (the wearer's abdominal side) with an appropriate tightening force.

[0046] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the waist belt 4 is configured such that the exposed polyester threads (nanofibers) on the back side provide an anti-slip function, preventing it from shifting away from the tightening position as much as possible.

[0047] Furthermore, the back belt 5, which is provided on the upper part of the back panel 3 of the garment body 1, is configured as an X-shaped belt as shown in Figure 2, consisting of a first belt section 5a, one end of which is connected to the left shoulder section 2a of the front panel 2 (shoulder section of the left front panel 2A) and the other end of which is connected to the right side of the back panel 3, and a second belt section 5b, one end of which is connected to the right shoulder section 2b of the front panel 2 (shoulder section of the right front panel 2B) and the other end of which is connected to the left side of the back panel 3, and which intersects with the first belt section 5a.

[0048] Specifically, the back belt 5 is composed of a first belt portion 5a and a second belt portion 5b, each made of a second stretchable fabric that generates a greater elastic force than the first stretchable fabric that constitutes the garment body 1. As shown in Figure 10, when worn, it is positioned across the wearer's entire back, and the elastic force generated by stretching during wear straightens the wearer's spine. Furthermore, when the wearer bends forward, it stretches even more, generating an even greater elastic force. As shown in Figure 11, this elastic force is configured to support the movement of standing up from a bent-over position.

[0049] More specifically, the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are made of the same polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn as the waist belt 4 (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 84-86%, polyurethane yarn: 14-16%, preferably polyester yarn: 85%, polyurethane yarn: 15%). The first belt portion 5a has one end connected to the left shoulder portion 2a of the front body 2 and the other end connected to the connecting portion (boundary) between the central portion 3a and the right side portion 3b of the back body 3. The second belt portion 5b has one end connected to the right shoulder portion 2b of the front body 2 and the other end connected to the connecting portion (boundary) between the central portion 3a and the left side portion 3b of the back body 3. The mixing ratio (composition ratio) of polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn is not limited to the specific example described above, and can be appropriately adopted as long as it achieves the effects of this embodiment.

[0050] Furthermore, the back belt 5 is configured such that the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are not sewn and fixed at their intersection, but rather intersect freely with respect to each other.

[0051] Specifically, an insertion portion 9 is provided in one of the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b, and the other is inserted into this insertion portion 9 so as to be movable in the insertion direction. In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 4, the insertion portion 9 is formed by sewing both ends of a strip-shaped member to the second belt portion 5b, and the first belt portion 5a is inserted into this insertion portion 9 so as to be movable in the insertion direction.

[0052] The effects and advantages of this embodiment, configured as described above, will be explained below.

[0053] In this embodiment, since the garment body 1 is made of a first stretchable fabric made using polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn, the compression generated when wearing the garment applies pressure to the wearer's abdomen, thereby stabilizing the body axis and improving physical mobility (see Figure 11).

[0054] Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the garment body 1 is constructed as a mesh, front-opening vest, it is lightweight, highly breathable, easy to wear, and, because there are no sleeves, there is no constricting effect on the arms, allowing for easy arm movement.

[0055] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a slip-up prevention section 10 is provided along the hem edge on the inside (back side) of the hem of the garment body 1. When worn, the slip-up prevention section 10 at the hem adheres closely to the wearer's body, preventing the garment body 1 from slipping up as much as possible during work movements, thereby preventing a decrease in the function of the back belt 5. (In conventional examples, a slip-up prevention connector is provided near the hem of the work garment body portion 20, and slip-up is prevented by fastening this slip-up prevention connector to a button on the trousers. However, when the work garment body portion 20 is worn alone, the slip-up prevention connector cannot be fastened to the trousers, causing slip-up. This can cause the body-side support elastic body 21 and the waist-support elastic body 22 to shift position, potentially preventing them from functioning properly.)

[0056] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a waist belt 4 is provided at the lower part of the garment body 1, which covers the wearer's waist and is configured to be tightened around the waist. By tightening the waist with the waist belt 4, the wearer's pelvis can be stabilized (see Figure 11).

[0057] Furthermore, since the waist belt 4 of this embodiment does not use bones, hard mesh, or interlining, but is made of a second stretchable fabric with flexibility (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 84-86%, polyurethane yarn: 14-16%, preferably polyester yarn: 85%, polyurethane yarn: 15%), a decrease in the wearer's mobility (mobility and workability) is prevented as much as possible.

[0058] Furthermore, in this embodiment, an X-shaped back belt 5 is provided on the upper part of the back panel 3 of the garment body 1, consisting of a first belt portion 5a, one end of which is connected to the left shoulder portion 2a of the front panel 2 and the other end of which is connected to the right side of the back panel 3, and a second belt portion 5b, one end of which is connected to the right shoulder portion 2b of the front panel 2 and the other end of which is connected to the left side of the back panel 3, intersecting with the first belt portion 5a. This back belt 5 is made of the elasticity of the first stretchable fabric that constitutes the garment body 1 (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 87-89%, polyurethane yarn: 11-13%, preferably polyester yarn: 88%, polyurethane yarn: 12%). Because it is made of a second stretchable fabric that generates a large elastic force relative to the force applied (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 84-86%, polyurethane yarn: 14-16%, preferably polyester yarn: 85%, polyurethane yarn: 15%), it stretches when worn, generating an elastic force greater than the compression of the garment body 1. This elastic force straightens the spine and maintains a correct posture. Furthermore, when the wearer bends forward, it stretches even more, generating an even greater elastic force. This elastic force assists in standing up from a bent-over position, reducing the wearer's physical burden (see Figure 11).

[0059] Furthermore, as mentioned above, the back belt 5 in this embodiment is made of a second stretchable fabric that has the same flexibility as the waist belt 4. Therefore, unlike in the conventional example, there is no sense of discomfort (no bulky feeling) when wearing the back belt 5, and the wearing comfort is not compromised.

[0060] In other words, as described above, in this embodiment, both the waist belt 4 and the back belt 5 are made of a second stretchable fabric that has flexibility (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 84-86%, polyurethane yarn: 14-16%, preferably polyester yarn: 85%, polyurethane yarn: 15%), so as mentioned above, not only is it comfortable to wear, but it can also be easily washed like ordinary clothing (in conventional examples, the side support elastic body 21 and the waist support elastic body 22 are made of metal, so if they are washed as is, there is a risk of damaging the fabric itself or the fabric of other clothes washed together).

[0061] Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the ends of the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b of the back belt 5 are connected to the connecting portion (boundary) between the central portion 3a and the side portion 3b of the back body 3, the back belt 5 is not pulled in the direction of the body sideways when bending forward, the support force for getting up is not reduced, and a good support function for getting up is exhibited.

[0062] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the back belt 5 is configured such that the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are not sewn and fixed at their intersection, but rather intersect freely relative to each other. Therefore, there is no obstruction to stretching and contracting due to sewing and fixing, good elasticity is achieved, and the intersection position of the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b moves according to the wearer's body shape, so that the back belt 5 is positioned appropriately and provides good support.

[0063] Thus, this embodiment represents a groundbreaking functional garment that is easy to wear, comfortable to wear, washable, does not hinder movement, supports standing up from a forward-bending position which places a heavy load on the wearer's body axis and pelvis, and helps prevent physical injuries such as lower back pain as much as possible.

[0064] It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the specific configuration of each constituent element can be designed as appropriate. [Explanation of Symbols]
