Abstract
To provide bicyclic peptide ligands specific to EphA2.SOLUTION: Provided herein is a EphA2 specific peptide ligand comprising a polypeptide comprising at least three cysteine residues separated by at least two loop sequences, and a non aromatic molecular scaffold covalently linked to the cysteine residues of the polypeptide to form at least two polypeptide loops on the scaffold, having an amino acid sequence Ci(HyP)LVNPLCiiLHP(D-Asp)W(HArg)Ciii (SEQ ID NO:1) where HyP is hydroxyproline, Harg is homoarginine, and Ci, Cii and Ciii are the first, second and third cysteine residues respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: None
