Abstract

To provide a resin composition which can suppress stickiness of a surface and yellow discoloration, when disinfection / sterilization treatment is performed by irradiation with UV-C, a cable or an electric wire where a coating layer is formed using the resin composition, and a tube configured using the resin composition.SOLUTION: There are provided a resin composition that contains polyvinyl chloride (A), a plasticizer (B), an organic ultraviolet absorber (C) having an absorption peak at a wavelength of 200 to 290 nm, and a discoloration prevention agent (D) having a phenol skeleton, and contains, with respect to 100 pts.mass of the resin composition (excluding ultraviolet absorber (C) and discoloration prevention agent (D)), 1 to 10 pts.mass of the ultraviolet absorber (C) and 0.1 to 10 pts.mass of the discoloration prevention agent (D); and a cable 10 having a skin layer 13 as coating layer of a cable core 11 composed of a plurality of electric wires 11a, which is composed of the resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
