Abstract

To provide a waste gas boiler operation assistance system for reducing a discharge amount of carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: A waste gas boiler operation assistance system 1 comprises: an operation assistance device 10 that generates operation assistance information for assisting optimization of an operation of a waste gas boiler 3a mounted on a vessel 3; and a display device 20 that displays the operation assistance information. The operation assistance device 10 comprises: an output index calculation unit that calculates, as the operation assistance information, an output index of the waste gas boiler 3a including a steam generation amount of the waste gas boiler 3a or a reduction amount of carbon dioxide during a prescribed period on the basis of information about an operation state of the waste gas boiler 3a; and an operation state index generation unit that generates, as the operation assistance information, time-depending change data of an operation state index of the waste gas boiler 3a during the prescribed period on the basis of the information about the operation state of the waste gas boiler 3a. The display device 20 comprises a display unit that displays, on the same screen, the output index and a time-depending change graph of the operation state index of the waste gas boiler 3a included in the operation assistance information during the prescribed period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
