Abstract
To suppress vibration and noise of a rotor.SOLUTION: A rotor of an electric motor comprises a shaft extending along a rotation axis of a motor, and a rotor core which has a plurality of core blocks arranged along the rotation axis while being fixed to the shaft. The plurality of core blocks include a first core block and a second core block in which orientations in a circumferential direction centered at a rotation axis differ from each other. Each of the plurality of core blocks has outside surfaces extending along the circumferential direction, a center hole through which the shaft passes, and outer grooves provided on the outside surfaces. An inside surface of the center hole contacts continuously with the outside surface of the shaft across the entire circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
