Abstract
To provide a device, a system, a method or a program.SOLUTION: There is provided a system 1 for assisting in the manipulation of a ship comprising an imaging device 2 and a manipulation support device 3 installed on the own ship, and a detection device 4 arranged on land. The manipulation support device 3 includes: an image acquisition unit that acquires a photographed image obtained by imaging the water surface from the ship; a detection unit that detects an object on the water surface within an imaging area of the photographed image; a transmission unit that transmits the photographed image to the detection device on land that detects a preset detection object in the image in response to the detection of the object by the detection unit; and a reception unit that receives the detection result of the detection object from the detection device. The detection unit detects the object on the water surface by performing image analysis on the photographed image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
