Abstract
To easily meet a request of adjustment force from a power transmission / distribution company even when a demand increases.SOLUTION: A processor of a power management device of a transaction company which provides adjustment force of power to a power transmission / distribution company: determines a temporary reference value of demand by an adjustment system in each time frame and a bidding time possible amount, which is a demand predicted to be increased or suppressed by the adjustment system with the temporary reference value as a reference (S112); stores a contract amount of a bidding result which is bidden in a supply and demand adjustment market in a memory with suppliable power to the transmission / distribution company as adjustment force in the frame based on the bidding time possible amount as a bidding amount (S113 and S122); determines an immediate possible amount which is a demand predicted to be increased or suppressed by the adjustment system predicted at time closer to the frame than bidding time (S132); and declares the reference value obtained by adding a part of the immediate possible amount to the temporary reference value to the supply and demand adjustment market when there is allowance in the immediate possible amount with respect to the contract amount (S133).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
