Abstract

To extend as long as possible a period during which the burden on a system that adjusts the supply and demand of electricity is low.SOLUTION: A power management device (aggregator server, power generation company server) is a device that manages the adjustment power of power provided to a power transmission and distribution company by a trading company (aggregator, power generation company). The power management device is capable of controlling an adjustment system for power supply and demand (DER, DSR), and includes a memory that stores a predetermined program (a program for processing related to adjustment power) and a processor that executes the predetermined program. By executing the predetermined program, the processor controls the adjustment system such that a period of time during which the reference value is maintained passes when the command value for power supply and demand to the adjustment system transitions from a first command value before the change to a second command value after the change, crossing a reference value for power supply and demand set by the adjustment system (step S145).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
