Abstract

To provide a lens mechanism and lens device, which allow the lens mechanism to be reduced in size compared with a case where a sensor and adjustment mechanism is disposed on the outside of a fixed member, for example.SOLUTION: A lens mechanism is provided, comprising a lens holding member for holding lenses, a movable member coupled with the lens holding member, a fixed member configured to support the movable member in such a way that the movable member is movable along an optical axis, a sensor for detecting the position of the movable member, and an adjustment mechanism for the lens holding member.
