Abstract

The present invention provides anti-A2aR antigen-binding molecules, including antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof, and methods for using them to treat various diseases associated with abnormal adenosine signaling, including cancer, chronic diseases, chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, and fibrotic diseases. The present invention provides antigen-binding molecules, such as anti-A2aR antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof, that specifically bind to A2aR and thereby modulate (e.g., enhance or inhibit) the activity of A2aR.
