Abstract

To provide a perovskite tandem solar battery having high photoelectric conversion efficiency without deteriorating the industrial productivity.SOLUTION: A solar battery 100 includes a first cell 101 in which a first electrode layer 2, a first electron transport layer 3, a first photoelectric conversion layer 4, a first hole transport layer 5, and a second electrode layer 6 are stacked in this order on a first substrate 1, and a second cell 102 in which a fourth electrode layer 11, a second hole transport layer 10, a second photoelectric conversion layer 9, a second electron transport layer 8, and a third electrode layer 7 are stacked in this order on a second substrate 12. The first substrate 1, the first electrode layer 2, the second electrode layer 6, and the third electrode layer 7 have light-transmitting properties. The first cell 101 and the second cell 102 are disposed so that light enters from the first substrate 1 side and the second electrode layer 6 and the third electrode layer 7 face each other and are apart from each other. A first perovskite compound included in the first photoelectric conversion layer 4 has a larger band gap than a second perovskite compound included in the second photoelectric conversion layer 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
