To facilitate providing a lighting environment that accurately reflects the influence of external light.SOLUTION: A lighting control system 100 includes a first acquiring unit 11, a second acquiring unit 12, and a control unit 13. The first acquiring unit 11 acquires spatial information including information about positions of light harvesting parts that take in outside light in a space Sp1 having a plurality of areas A1 and information about positions of one or more lighting loads 2 provided in each of the plurality of areas A1. The second acquiring unit 12 acquires light information relating to light characteristics of a ceiling in each of the plurality of areas A1. The control unit 13 controls the one or more lighting loads 2 for each of the plurality of areas A1 on the basis of the spatial information and the light information so that light characteristics at a predetermined position are maintained constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
