To provide a communication device capable of transmitting a desired command.SOLUTION: A communication device 2 includes a first communication unit 23, and a second communication unit 24. The first communication unit 23 communicates with a first device placed in a facility based on a predetermined communication protocol. The second communication unit 24 communicates with a second device different from the first device. The second communication unit 24 receives a transmission instruction including a command prescribed by a predetermined communication protocol from the second device, and the first communication unit 23 transmits the transmission information based on the transmission instruction to the first device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
