Abstract

To provide a technique for efficiently generating training data for a machine learning model available in a welding quality inspection method on the basis of light emission spectrum intensity.SOLUTION: A data generation device includes: an abnormality characteristic shape extraction part for extracting an abnormality characteristic shape from a waveform generated during laser beam machining of workpiece; and a data extension part for generating abnormality waveform data on the basis of the extracted abnormality characteristic shape and a normal waveform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
