To provide an insulation spacer capable of maintaining excellent insulation reliability.SOLUTION: An insulating spacer (3) is provided around a center conductor by supporting the center conductor (11), and includes a cone-shaped spacer body (12) in which an axis (A) direction is the same as the center conductor. The spacer body is formed by an axial top region (15), an intermediate region (14), and a bottom side region (16) aligned in the axial direction. The top region and the bottom side region are each given a constant relative dielectric constant, and the top region is higher than the bottom side region. The intermediate region is set to the same relative dielectric constant as the top side region at the top side interface (14a) with the top side region, and is set to the same relative dielectric constant as the bottom side region at the bottom side interface (14b) with the bottom side region.
