The objective of the present invention is to provide a CD73-binding protein and uses thereof. [Solution] An isolated antigen-binding protein is provided that can specifically bind to CD73 and comprises at least one CDR within a heavy chain variable region VH, said VH comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 49. Methods for preparing and using said isolated antigen-binding protein are also provided.
