Abstract

To provide a fitting in which a door body can be easily opened / closed in an automatic manner.SOLUTION: A fitting 1 includes a door body 3, an electric lock device 71 for locking / unlocking the door body 3, an electric opening / closing mechanism 5 for opening / closing the door body 3, a human sense authentication device 6 for authenticating a person by sensing the person, a key authentication device 73 for authenticating a key, and a control unit 72 that controls the electric lock device 71 to unlock and the electric opening / closing mechanism 5 to move the door body 3 to an open position when the person is sensed by the human sense authentication device 6 and the key is authenticated by the key authentication device 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
