Abstract

To provide an air blower which can keep water from entering a motor.SOLUTION: An air blower comprises: a motor having a motor shaft: a centrifugal fan connected to the motor shaft and rotating around an axis of the motor shaft with an output of the motor; and a motor casing having a cylinder part that covers the motor from a side opposite the centrifugal fan in an axial direction. The motor casing has a flange-shaped rib extending to a radially outer side of the axis on an external peripheral face of the cylinder part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
