Abstract

To provide an active energy ray-curable overcoat varnish that provides a high-luminance appearance similar to that of metal foil even when a base material is paper and has excellent adhesion, and a laminate using the varnish.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable overcoat varnish contains a (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group, a (meth)acrylate having an amino structure or an amide structure, and a ketone resin, and satisfies the following conditions: (1) The hydroxyl value in the solid content of the varnish is in the range of 1 to 300 mg KOH / g; and (2) The amine value in the solid content of the varnish is in the range of 0.1 to 100 mg KOH / g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
