硬質被膜及びプレス用金型並びに硬質被膜の製造方法

Abstract

To satisfy abrasion resistance and impact resistance of hard coating coated on a base material surface.SOLUTION: A hard coating 20 is coated on a base material surface 11 and is constituted of TiCxN(1-x) (0≤x≤1). The hard coating 20 comprises: an adhesion layer 21 which is coated on the base material surface 11, and constituted of 0≤x≤0.3 of TiCxN(1-x); and a hard layer 22 which is coated on the base material surface 11 via the adhesion layer 21, and constituted of 0.3≤x≤1 of TiCxN(1-x). The hard layer 22 includes hard uniform layers 22a, 22b, 22d in which TiCxN(1-x) with constant x is extended in a film thickness direction A. The maximum film thickness T2max of the hard uniform layers 22a, 22b, 22d is 5 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
