Abstract

To apply an external stimulus that is appropriate for an object person.SOLUTION: A blood pressure intervention device 20 comprises: a blood pressure acquisition part 21 for acquiring blood pressure data representing a blood pressure of an object person; an intervention determination part 22 for determining whether a fluctuation of the blood pressure of the object person is in a state which requires an intervention on the basis of the blood pressure data acquired by the blood pressure acquisition part 21; a position acquisition part 24 for acquiring position data representing a position of the object person in a room; a previous behavior estimation part 25 for estimating a previous behavior of the object person, which caused the fluctuation of the blood pressure of the object person, on the basis of the position of the object person in the room, which is represented by the position data acquired by the position acquisition part 24; and an electric home appliance control signal generation part 33 for controlling an electric home appliance in order to carry out an intervention in the fluctuation of the blood pressure of the object person on the basis of the previous behavior which is estimated by the previous behavior estimation part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
