Abstract

To reduce a phase difference between two speakers, in an asymmetric R2R speaker.SOLUTION: In an audio amplifier of an embodiment, based on a sound source signal, there are generated: a first drive signal to drive a first speaker; and a second drive signal to drive a second speaker that is provided such that the back surface of the first speaker faces that of the second speaker, the second speaker having an outputtable volume smaller than that of the first speaker. In the audio amplifier, the volume of the sound source signal used to generate the first drive signal is limited to a threshold or less, depending on the volume that can be output by the second speaker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
