Abstract

To provide an impact absorption member for a vehicle, that reduces costs.SOLUTION: An EA material 100 attached to a cabin outer side of a vehicular interior material 1 comprises: a low rigidity part 10; a high rigidity part 20 with higher rigidity than the low rigidity part 10; and a first connection part 30 connected to the low rigidity part 10 and the high rigidity part 20. In the EA material 100, the low rigidity part 10 comprises: a first attachment part 11 attached to the vehicular interior material 1; and a first surface part 15 which has a surface 16A directed to the cabin outer side, and is disposed on a cabin outer side of the first attachment part 11. The high rigidity part 20 comprises: a second attachment part 21 attached to the vehicular interior material 1; and a second surface part 25 which has a surface 26A directed to the cabin outer side, and is disposed on a cabin outer side of the second attachment part 21. Further, the first connection part 30 is connected to the first surface part 15 and the second surface part 25 in a bridge formation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
