Abstract

To provide a crystal oscillation circuit capable of reducing radiation of electromagnetic waves from a crystal oscillator, and a semiconductor integrated circuit device.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 1 and a crystal oscillation circuit 100 are mounted in a semiconductor integrated circuit device 1A. The crystal oscillator 1 and the crystal oscillation circuit 100 are electrically connected by wires L1 and L2. The crystal oscillation circuit 100 comprises an inverse amplification circuit 10 including an input node Ni and an output node No connected with both terminals of the crystal oscillator 1. An oscillation monitor section 20, a current regulation section 30 and a controller 50 are used to variably adjust conductance of the inverse amplification circuit 10. Specifically, the conductance of the inverse amplification circuit 10 is set at a low value in a normal mode, which is provided after a start mode, in relative to the start mode which is provided when starting the crystal oscillation circuit 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
