Abstract

To facilitate penetration through a chronic complete occlusion lesion or the like, while suppressing load on internal surfaces of blood vessels.SOLUTION: A guide wire includes: a wire body 11 extending in a cross direction and formed to be elastically deformable; a chip member 12 attached to a front end part of the wire body and pointed towards the front; and a first flexible tube body 13 enclosing the chip member from the outside in a radial direction.
