To provide a thrust plate that prevents resin layer delamination even when subjected to high in-plane shear forces, offering excellent durability and corrosion resistance; a scroll compressor; and a method for producing a thrust plate.SOLUTION: A thrust plate includes: a plate body composed of metal; and resin layers directly laminated on one principal face and end face of the plate body, respectively.
