Abstract

To effectively prevent breakage of a container due to foreign metals contaminating a stored object.SOLUTION: A system is assembled with a carrying-in part 11 for accommodating and carrying in a container 2 containing at least a bulk polluted soil as a stored object; a detection apparatus 14 for detecting whether or not the stored object is contaminated with foreign metals; a bag breaking apparatus 17 for breaking a container 2A where foreign metals are not detected and taking out the stored object; a bypass treatment part 40 for bypassing a container 2B where foreign metals are detected from the bag breaking apparatus 17 and taking out the stored object while removing foreign metals; and a primary sorting apparatus 22 for sorting the stored object taken out by the bag breaking apparatus 17 and / or the stored object which has been bypassed from the bag breaking apparatus 17 by the bypass treatment part 40 and from which foreign metals have been removed to a first bulk polluted soil of a desired first size or under and a block object larger than the first size.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
