This estimation method comprises: a step for acquiring first sound information (Is1) related to reflected sound reflected on the basis of emitted sound of a non-audible band in a facility (9); and a step for inputting the first sound information (Is1) acquired in the foregoing step to a first trained model (M1) trained using sound information (Ls) related to the reflected sound and an image (Lm) indicating a biological body area where a biological body is present, to thereby output image information (Ii) indicating the biological body area.
