Abstract

To make a robot take an appropriate action in response to an action of a user.SOLUTION: An action control system disclosed herein comprises a user condition recognition unit for recognizing user condition including an action of the user, an emotion determination unit for determining emotions of the user or emotions of a robot, and an action determination unit configured to use a sentence generation model having a dialog function for allowing the user and the robot to have a dialog in order to determine an action to be taken by the robot in response to the condition of the user and emotions of the user or the robot. The action determination unit determines processing content of an intercom on the basis of the emotions of the user or the robot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
