Abstract

To provide a system.SOLUTION: A system includes: generative AI means for transmitting a message to a user; means for inducing a user to a service based on the message transmitted by the generative AI means; means for collecting behavioral data on the user; means for analyzing the collected behavioral data and determining the intention of the user; means for generating a prompt text for instructing the generation of a message for introducing at least one of related information and other products in the same category, based on the intention of the user; means for generating a message for introducing at least one of the related information and other products in the same category, by inputting the generated prompt text into a generative AI model; and means for displaying the generated message on the terminal of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
