A pivot hinge vertical frame side metal fitting 50 is attached to one side in the width direction of the upper and lower ends of the frame body, and its pivot shaft 53 is inserted into a pivot bearing hole 63 of a pivot hinge door side metal fitting 60 attached to the upper and lower ends of a door 70, so that the door is assembled to the shaft side vertical frame 20 so as to be openable and closable.
