[Solution] An automatic lift-up control device comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires location information indicating the location of a target vehicle and recommended lift-up location information which registers recommended locations where lift-up is recommended based on information provided by multiple vehicles; a determination unit that determines whether the location of the target vehicle corresponds to the recommended location registered in the recommended lift-up location information; and a lift-up control unit that lifts the target vehicle when it is determined that the location of the target vehicle corresponds to the recommended location registered in the recommended lift-up location information.
