Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for preparing a silicon carbon composite, which includes preparing a porous carbon doped porous copper composite, and then depositing nanosilicon on the porous carbon doped porous copper composite by using a silane pyrolysis method to obtain a silicon carbon composite. The operation steps for preparing the porous carbon doped porous copper composite at least include: step S11) of uniformly mixing carbon disulfide, activated carbon and binder, and pressing the mixture into a foamed copper and pressing it into a sheet-like structure; and step S12) of transferring the sheet-like structure obtained in step S11) to a carbonizer and carbonizing it under an inert atmosphere by heating to obtain a porous carbon doped porous copper composite. According to the present invention, when nanosilicon is deposited using pure porous carbon as a substrate, the nanosilicon itself cannot be completely deposited in the porous carbon, and the exposure of the nanosilicon will affect its expansion and high temperature storage performance. At the same time, the obvious shortcomings of poor consistency and low efficiency of the deposition of nanosilicon using pure porous metal are greatly improved.
