Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method which is for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet and with which the green sheet is easily released and the contamination of the green sheet is effectively suppressed. The problem is solved by a method for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet, the method comprising: a) a step for applying a ceramic slurry onto a release film for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet; b) a step for forming a ceramic green sheet from the ceramic slurry applied in step a); c) a step for releasing the ceramic green sheet formed in step b) from the release film for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet; and d) a step for laminating a plurality of ceramic green sheets that have been released in step c), wherein the release film for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet comprises a substrate and a release agent layer provided on at least one side of the substrate, and a polar component (γsp) of surface free energy on the surface of the release agent layer opposite to the substrate is at least 0.3 (mN / m).
