A physical quantity measurement device 15 includes: a lead frame 40; a flow rate detection element 41 which is mounted on the lead frame 40 and which detects the flow rate of air; a semiconductor chip 42 which is mounted on the lead frame 40 and which is connected to the flow rate detection element 41 via a wire 44; a plurality of terminals 43A which are bent and which include a terminal 43A2 connected to the semiconductor chip 42 via a wire 45A; a suspension pin 46A which is arranged so as to be adjacent to one terminal 43A1 that is located closer to the flow rate detection element 41 among the plurality of terminals 43A; and a resin body 48 which partially covers the lead frame 40, the flow rate detection element 41, the semiconductor chip 42, the plurality of terminals 43A, and the suspension pin 46A. The suspension pin 46A has the same potential as the one terminal 43A1. An interval W1 between the suspension pin 46A and the one terminal 43A1 is narrower than an interval W2 between the one terminal 43A1 and another terminal 43A2 adjacent thereto.
