Abstract

An alcohol consumption inference device (100) comprises a current information acquisition unit (110) that acquires, in a time series, current information which contains biological data regarding a subject being observed, a reference output unit (130) that uses the current information accumulated in a time series manner and current information at a current time to output a reference value which indicates a feature amount for a presumably sober state during a time period determined on the basis of the current information at the current time, a current state inference unit (170) that uses the reference value for the time period determined on the basis of the current information at the current time and the current information at the current time to output a feature amount for an alcohol consumption state at the current time, and an alcohol consumption state determination unit (180) that outputs, on the basis of the feature amount for the alcohol consumption state output by the current state inference unit, the result of determination regarding the alcohol consumption state of the subject being observed.
