[Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0018] One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to Figures 1 to 21.
[0019] This embodiment applies the present invention to a file capable of storing items P, such as documents.
[0020] The file consists of multiple wall bodies: a front outer wall 1, a rear outer wall 2, and an intermediate wall 3; a connecting part 4 that connects the lower end of the front outer wall 1 and the lower end of the rear outer wall 2; a lid 5 that extends cantilevered from the upper end of the rear outer wall 2 and is detachable from the front outer wall 1; a first gusset M1 that connects the left and right edges of the front outer wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3 so as to form a storage space sp between the front outer wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3; and a storage space sp between the rear outer wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3. The structure includes a second gusset (regulating section) M2 that connects the left and right edges of the rear outer wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3 so as to form a structure, a plurality of partitions, namely wall partitions 6, which are disposed between the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2 and can divide the storage space sp front to back, and which form the bottom of the storage space sp, wall adjacent partitions 7 and 8 which are adjacent to the wall, and an intermediate wall engaging partition 9 which is a partition that engages with the intermediate wall 3.
[0021] The front outer wall 1, the rear outer wall 2, the connecting section 4, and the cover 5 are integrally provided on a single sheet material, the first sheet material S1.
[0022] The intermediate wall 3 and the first and second sills M1 and M2 are integrally provided on the second sheet material S2, which is a single sheet material.
[0023] Multiple wall partitions 6, adjacent exterior wall partitions 7 and 8 on one side and the other, and one intermediate wall engaging partition 9 are each made from separate sheet materials.
[0024] In this embodiment, the partition assembly G is composed of a plurality of partitions arranged in a predetermined order in the front-to-rear direction between the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2. Specifically, the partition assembly G is formed by welding together the following in order from the front: one outer wall adjacent partition 7 adjacent to the front outer wall 1, a plurality of wall partitions 6, an intermediate wall engaging partition 9, a plurality of wall partitions 6, and the other outer wall adjacent partition 8 adjacent to the rear outer wall 2.
[0025] The partition assembly G is fixed only to the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2, and is not fixed to any other parts. In other words, the partition assembly G has the extended portion 72 of one adjacent outer wall partition 7 welded to the inner surface of the front outer wall 1, and the partition body 81 of the other adjacent outer wall partition 8 welded to the inner surface of the rear outer wall 2, and is not welded to any other parts (such as the first and second sills M1 and M2, the intermediate wall 3, or the connecting part 4).
[0026] The following describes in detail the configuration of each file in this embodiment.
[0027] <<Front outer wall 1>> The front exterior wall 1 has an outer surface of 1 m facing forward. The front exterior wall 1 as a whole has a horizontally elongated rectangular shape.
[0028] Multiple slits 1s extending in the left-right direction are provided in the middle of the front outer wall 1, specifically in two locations, one above and one below. Locking pieces 51 provided on the lid 5 can be inserted into the slits 1s of the front outer wall 1 so that the lid 5 can be stabilized in a closed position (a position that closes the storage space sp) that closes the opening C.
[0029] <<Rear outer wall 2>> The rear exterior wall 2 has an outer surface of 2m facing the rear. The rear exterior wall 2 as a whole has a horizontally elongated rectangular shape.
[0030] <<Intermediate Wall 3>> Intermediate wall 3 is also called an intermediate partition. Intermediate wall 3 is erected between the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2 so as to divide the storage space sp into front and rear sections.
[0031] The intermediate wall 3 is supported by the front outer wall 1 via the first sill M1 and by the rear outer wall 2 via the second sill M2. Furthermore, the lower part of the intermediate wall 3 engages with the intermediate wall engaging portion K of the intermediate wall engaging partition 9, which is one of the partition assemblies G installed between the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2, and which can form the bottom of the storage space sp.
[0032] As described above, the intermediate wall 3 is made by folding the second sheet material S2, which is integrally provided together with the first and second gussets M1 and M2, in the intermediate section (boundary fold curve 3f) and welding predetermined locations.
[0033] In other words, the intermediate wall 3 has a first intermediate wall component 3a connected to the first sill M1, and a second intermediate wall component 3b connected to the second sill M2. The intermediate wall 3 is bent at a boundary curve 3f provided between the first and second intermediate wall components 3a and 3b, so that the first and second intermediate wall components 3a and 3b are superimposed.
[0034] The boundary curve 3f is located at the upper edge of the intermediate wall 3. The left and right edges of the first and second intermediate wall components 3a and 3b are welded together. The left and right intermediate portions at the lower parts of the first and second intermediate wall components 3a and 3b (the lower ends of the intermediate wall body 31) are not welded together; that is, the first intermediate wall component 3a and the second intermediate wall component 3b are configured to be separable.
[0035] The intermediate wall 3 comprises an intermediate wall body 31 which is generally horizontally elongated and rectangular in shape, and left and right partition engagement portions 32 which are arranged symmetrically on both the left and right sides of the lower part of the intermediate wall body 31.
[0036] Between the intermediate wall body 31 and the left and right partition engagement portions 32, a slit 33 is provided that extends in the left-right direction into which the bent portion k3 of the intermediate wall engagement portion K of the intermediate wall engagement partition 9, which is a member that can form the bottom of the storage space sp, is inserted.
[0037] The intermediate wall body 31 has a bulge B at its lower end in the center in the left-right direction, which gently bulges downward. The bulge B is constructed by overlapping a first intermediate wall component 3a, which is a sheet portion of the bulge, and a second intermediate wall component 3b, which is also a sheet portion of the bulge, so that they can be separated.
[0038] The bulging portion B is designed to engage with the intermediate wall engagement portion K of the intermediate wall engagement partition 9 by the cooperation of the first and second intermediate wall components 3a and 3b.
[0039] The left and right partition engagement portions 32 are connected symmetrically to the intermediate wall body 31. The left and right partition engagement portions 32 extend downward from the left and right lower edges of the intermediate wall body 31. The left and right partition engagement portions 32 are cantilevered, with their outer edges serving as base ends connected to the intermediate wall body 31 and their inner edges serving as tip ends.
[0040] <<Connection part 4>> The connecting portion 4 is interposed between the lower end of the front outer wall 1 and the lower end of the rear outer wall 2. The inner surface of the connecting portion 4 faces the lower part of the partition assembly G. The connecting portion 4 can define the maximum distance between the lower end of the front outer wall 1 and the lower end of the rear outer wall 2.
[0041] The connecting section 4 has multiple auxiliary bend curves 4f arranged parallel to each other at regular intervals. The connecting section 4 can be curved in a way that it is convex downwards when viewed from the side, due to the multiple auxiliary bend curves 4f. On the other hand, when the connecting section 4 as a whole takes a nearly straight posture when viewed from the side, the distance between the lower end of the front outer wall 1 and the lower end of the rear outer wall 2 is maximized.
[0042] <<Lid 5>> The cover 5 is capable of opening and closing an opening C provided between the upper ends of the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2. The cover 5 extends from the rear outer wall 2 and can cover the upper part of the storage space sp.
[0043] At the base end of the lid 5, multiple auxiliary bent curves 5f are provided in parallel, forming a straight line at regular intervals.
[0044] The extended end of the cover 5 is configured to be detachably engaged with the front outer wall 1. Specifically, the extended end of the cover 5 is provided with a locking piece 51 that can selectively engage with the upper and lower slits 1s provided in the front outer wall 1.
[0045] <<First Machi M1 (Machi)>> The first section M1 connects the left and right edges of the front outer wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3 in an expandable and expandable manner. The second section M2 differs in that it connects the left and right edges of the rear outer wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3 in an expandable and expandable manner, but it has a substantially similar structure to the first section M1, so it will be described using the same reference numerals.
[0046] The first gusset M1 comprises an intermediate bent portion f1 that extends vertically and bends inward, an auxiliary bent portion f2 that extends vertically and bends outward, provided outside the intermediate bent portion f1 and inclined with respect to the intermediate bent portion f1, and an outer bent portion f3 that is provided closer to the wall body than the auxiliary bent portion f2, i.e., closer to the front outer wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3, and bends inward.
[0047] The first gusset M1 is constructed so that its width gradually increases from bottom to top. Furthermore, the middle portion of the upper edge of the first gusset M1 has a shape that is concave downwards.
[0048] In other words, a recessed portion mu is formed in the upper part of the first chunk M1, which is recessed downwards. The recessed portion mu is located at the position where the intermediate bends f1 intersect. The deepest part of the recessed portion mu is set to be shifted towards the front outer wall 1 from the position where the intermediate bends f1 intersect.
[0049] The intermediate bend f1 and the auxiliary bend f2 are arranged such that the distance between them gradually increases as they move upward.
[0050] In other words, the first gusset M1 has a flat intermediate gusset component ma between the intermediate bent portion f1 and the auxiliary bent portion f2. The pair of intermediate gusset components ma on the left and right are configured such that their width gradually increases from bottom to top.
[0051] The first gusset M1 has an auxiliary folding section f2 and an outer folding section f3 arranged so as to be approximately parallel to each other.
[0052] One end of the first section M1 is provided with a welded section my, which has an end face tm that is continuous with the inner surface facing the storage space sp and is attached to the inner surface of the front outer wall 1, which is a wall. The other end of the first section M1 is integrally connected to the intermediate wall 3.
[0053] In this embodiment, the first gusset M1 is configured such that even when the upper part is stretched to be substantially flush with the surface, the lower part of the intermediate bent portion f1 is kept folded inward.
[0054] <<Second Machi M2 (Machi)>> The second section M2 connects the left and right edges of the rear outer wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3 in an expandable and retractable manner. The first section M1 differs in that it connects the left and right edges of the front outer wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3 in an expandable and retractable manner, but it has a structure that is substantially the same as the second section M2.
[0055] The second gusset M2 comprises an intermediate bent portion f1 that extends vertically and bends inward, an auxiliary bent portion f2 that extends vertically and bends outward, provided outside the intermediate bent portion f1 and inclined with respect to the intermediate bent portion f1, and an outer bent portion f3 that bends inward, provided closer to the wall body than the auxiliary bent portion f2, i.e., closer to the rear outer wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3.
[0056] The second gusset M2 is constructed so that its width gradually increases from bottom to top. Furthermore, the middle section of the upper edge of the second gusset M2 has a shape that is concave downwards.
[0057] In other words, a recessed portion mu is formed in the upper part of the second chunk M2, which is indented downwards. The recessed portion mu is located at the position where the intermediate bends f1 intersect. The deepest part of the recessed portion mu is set to be shifted towards the rear outer wall 2 from the position where the intermediate bends f1 intersect.
[0058] The intermediate bend f1 and the auxiliary bend f2 are arranged such that the distance between them gradually increases as they move upward.
[0059] In other words, the second gusset M2 has a flat intermediate gusset component ma between the intermediate bend f1 and the auxiliary bend f2. The pair of intermediate gusset components ma on the left and right are configured such that their width gradually increases from bottom to top.
[0060] The second gusset M2 has an auxiliary folding section f2 and an outer folding section f3 arranged so as to be approximately parallel to each other.
[0061] One end of the second section M1 is provided with a welded section my, which has an end face tm that is continuous with the inner surface facing the storage space sp and is attached to the inner surface of the rear outer wall 2, which is a wall. The other end of the second section M2 is integrally connected to the intermediate wall 3.
[0062] In this embodiment, the second gusset M2 is configured such that even when the upper part is stretched to be substantially flush with the surface, the lower part of the intermediate bent portion f1 is kept folded inward.
[0063] <<Partitions (Wall partition 6, Exterior wall adjacent partitions 7, 8, Intermediate wall engaging partition 9)>> Between the front exterior wall 1 and the rear exterior wall 2, a partition assembly G is stretched across, consisting of a partition 7 adjacent to one exterior wall, multiple partitions 6 between wall bodies, an intermediate wall engaging partition 9, multiple partitions 6 between wall bodies, and a partition 8 adjacent to the other exterior wall, all connected in that order.
[0064] Between the front outer wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3, one adjacent outer wall partition 7, multiple wall partitions 6, and a portion of the intermediate wall engaging partition 9 (outer extension portion 92 and second intermediate extension portion k2) are provided.
[0065] Between the rear outer wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3, the other outer wall adjacent partition 8, multiple wall body partitions 6, and a portion of the intermediate wall engaging partition 9 (partition body 91 and first intermediate extension portion k1) are arranged.
[0066] <<Wall partition 6 (partition)>> The wall partition 6 refers to one of the multiple partitions that does not constitute the adjacent outer wall partitions 7 and 8 or the intermediate wall engaging partition 9 on one or the other.
[0067] The wall partition 6 comprises a partition body 61 having a lower end bent portion e1 on its lower end, and an extension portion 62 extending upward from the lower end bent portion e1.
[0068] The lower part of the partition body 61 and the extension 62 constitute the bottom of the storage space sp. In other words, the lower part of the partition body 61 and the extension 62 separate the storage space sp of the stored items P from the space where the connecting part 4 is located.
[0069] <Partition body 61> The partition body 61 has a roughly elongated rectangular shape. The upper edge of the partition body 61 is provided with projecting pieces h at appropriate locations that protrude upward and can function as markers or finger grips.
[0070] <Extension section 62> The extended portion 62 has a portion that is connected by welding to another adjacent partition, which is a wall partition 6, an adjacent outer wall partition 7, or an intermediate wall engaging partition 9.
[0071] The outer surface of the upper end of the extended portion 62 is welded to the outer surface of the partition body 61, 71, and 91 of the other partitions. In other words, the upper end of the extended portion 62 of the wall partition 6, which extends above the lower bent portion e1, is welded to the outer surface of the partition body 61 of the adjacent wall partition 6, the outer surface of the partition body 71 of the adjacent outer wall partition 7, or the outer surface of the partition body 91 of the intermediate wall engaging partition 9.
[0072] The wall partition 6 has an auxiliary bend e2 provided parallel to the lower bend e1, near the lower bend e1.
[0073] The wall partition 6 is not constrained by the first and second sills M1 and M2, which are the restricting parts. In other words, the wall partition 6 is not fixed to the first and second sills M1 and M2 by welding or the like, and is configured to be movable relative to the first and second sills M1 and M2. In other words, the wall partition 6 is configured to be movable in the front-rear direction along the first and second sills M1 and M2.
[0074] <<On the other hand, the adjacent partitions 7 and 8 (partitions) on the outer wall of the other side>> On the other hand, the other exterior wall adjacent partitions 7 and 8 refer to the partitions that are adjacent to the front exterior wall 1 and the rear exterior wall 2, respectively, among the multiple partitions. On the other hand, the other exterior wall adjacent partitions 7 and 8 are connected to the inner surfaces of the front exterior wall 1 and the rear exterior wall 2 by welding.
[0075] On the other hand, the other exterior wall adjacent partitions 7 and 8 have substantially the same structure as the wall partition 6. That is, the other exterior wall adjacent partitions 7 and 8 each consist of a partition body 71 and 81 with a lower end bent portion i1 and j1 on the lower end side, and an extension portion 72 and 82 extending upward from the lower end bent portion i1 and j1.
[0076] The lower parts of the partition bodies 71 and 81 and the extensions 72 and 82 constitute the bottom of the storage space sp. In other words, the lower parts of the partition bodies 71 and 81 and the extensions 72 and 82 separate the storage space sp of the stored items P from the space where the connecting part 4 is located.
[0077] <Partition bodies 71, 81> The partition bodies 71 and 81 are roughly rectangular in shape. The upper edges of the partition bodies 71 and 81 are provided with protruding pieces h at appropriate locations, which can project upward and function as markers or finger grips.
[0078] The outer surface of the partition body 71 in the adjacent exterior wall partition 7 adjacent to the front exterior wall 1 is connected by welding to the outer surface of the extended portion 62 of the adjacent wall partition 6.
[0079] The outer surface of the partition body 81 of the other exterior wall adjacent partition 8, which is adjacent to the rear exterior wall 2, is connected to the inner surface of the rear exterior wall 2 by welding.
[0080] <Extension section 72, 82> The outer surface of the upper end of the extended portion 72 of one of the adjacent exterior wall partitions 7, which is adjacent to the front exterior wall 1, is connected to the inner surface of the front exterior wall 1 by welding.
[0081] The upper end of the extended portion 82 of the other exterior wall adjacent partition 8 adjacent to the rear exterior wall 2 is connected by welding to the outer surface of the partition body 61 of the adjacent wall partition 6.
[0082] On the other hand, the other adjacent outer wall partitions 7 and 8 have auxiliary bent portions i2 and j2 provided parallel to the lower bent portions i1 and j1 near the lower bent portions i1 and j1.
[0083] On the other hand, the adjacent partitions 7 and 8 on the other exterior wall are not constrained by the first and second joists M1 and M2, which are the restricting parts. That is, the adjacent partitions 7 and 8 on the one side of the exterior wall are not fixed to the first and second joists M1 and M2 by welding or the like, and are configured to be movable relative to the first and second joists M1 and M2. In other words, the adjacent partitions 7 and 8 on the one side of the exterior wall are configured to be movable in the front-rear direction along the first and second joists M1 and M2.
[0084] <<Intermediate wall engagement partition 9 (partition)>> The intermediate wall engaging partition 9 refers to one of the multiple partitions that has a portion that can engage with the intermediate wall 3. The intermediate wall engaging partition 9 is connected to the adjacent wall partitions 6 in front and behind by welding, respectively.
[0085] As will be described later, the intermediate wall engaging partition 9 has an intermediate wall engaging portion K, which has a different shape from the other partitions (wall body partition 6 and the adjacent outer wall partitions 7 and 8 on one and the other).
[0086] The intermediate wall engagement partition 9 comprises a partition body 91 having a first lower end bent portion n1 which is a bent portion at its lower end; an intermediate wall engagement portion K which is configured in a downward V shape in a side view by a first intermediate extension portion k1 which extends upward from the first lower end bent portion n1 and a second intermediate extension portion k2 which extends downward from the upper end of the first intermediate extension portion k1 via a bent portion k3; and an outer extension portion 92 which is an extension portion that extends upward from the lower end of the second intermediate extension portion k2 which constitutes the intermediate wall engagement portion K via a second lower end bent portion n2.
[0087] <Partition body 91> The partition body 91 has a roughly elongated rectangular shape. The upper edge of the partition body 91 is provided with projecting pieces h at appropriate locations that protrude upward and can function as markers or finger grips.
[0088] The outer surface of the partition body 91 in the intermediate wall engagement partition 9 is welded to the outer surface of the extended portion 62 of the wall partition 6 that is installed next to it.
[0089] <Intermediate wall engagement part K> The intermediate wall engagement portion K is provided with a portion that can engage with the bulge B provided at the lower end of the intermediate wall body 31 in the intermediate wall 3, and a portion that can engage with the left and right partition engagement portions 32 in the intermediate wall 3.
[0090] The intermediate wall engagement portion K has a mountain shape that is convex upward in a side view, formed by a first intermediate extension portion k1 extending upward from the first lower end bent portion n1 and a second intermediate extension portion k2 extending downward from the upper end of the first intermediate extension portion k1.
[0091] The intermediate wall engagement portion K is formed by integrally connecting the upper end of the first intermediate extension portion k1 and the upper end of the second intermediate extension portion k2 via a bent portion k3. The bent portion k3 is provided at the location corresponding to the peak of the intermediate wall engagement portion K, which forms a mountain shape in a side view.
[0092] The outer surface facing the rear of the intermediate wall engagement portion K, that is, the outer surface of the upper end of the central part in the left-right direction of the first intermediate extension portion k1, is configured such that the inner surface of the first intermediate wall component 3a, which constitutes the intermediate wall body 31, can be attached to it.
[0093] The outer surface of the intermediate wall engagement portion K facing forward, that is, the outer surface of the upper end of the central part in the left-right direction of the second intermediate extension portion k2, is configured such that the inner surface of the second intermediate wall component 3b, which constitutes the intermediate wall body 31, can be attached to it.
[0094] In other words, the lower end of the central part of the intermediate wall body 31, i.e., the bulging part B, can engage with the intermediate wall engagement portion K in the left-right direction, straddling it.
[0095] Between the first and second intermediate extensions k1 and k2 at both ends of the intermediate wall engagement portion K, the left and right partition engagement portions 32 of the intermediate wall 3 are inserted from the outside, and these left and right partition engagement portions 32 are capable of engaging with the intermediate wall engagement portion K.
[0096] In other words, the slit 33 provided in the intermediate wall 3 is provided with the bent portions k3 at both the left and right ends of the intermediate wall engagement portion K.
[0097] Furthermore, the left and right edge ends of the first and second intermediate extensions k1 and k2 that constitute the intermediate wall engagement portion K are inclined so as to be gradually positioned inward from the first and second lower bent portions n1 and n2 toward the bent portion k3. In other words, the left and right edge ends of the intermediate wall engagement portion K are formed so as to be gradually positioned inward toward the upward when viewed from the front.
[0098] Therefore, the left and right ends of the intermediate wall engagement portion K have a partially shaved-off shape, and the base ends of the left and right partition engagement portions 32 of the intermediate wall 3 are positioned in the notched portions k4 of this shape.
[0099] <Outer extension part 92> The outer surface of the upper end of the outer extension portion 92 of the intermediate wall engaging partition 9 is connected by welding to the outer surface of the partition body 61 of the adjacent wall partition 6.
[0100] The intermediate wall engaging partition 9 has an auxiliary bending portion n3 provided parallel to the first and second lower bending portions n1 and n2, near the first and second lower bending portions n1 and n2.
[0101] The intermediate wall engaging partition 9 is not constrained by the first and second ribs M1 and M2, which are the restricting parts. In other words, the intermediate wall engaging partition 9 is not fixed to the first and second ribs M1 and M2 by welding or the like, and is configured to be movable relative to the first and second ribs M1 and M2. In other words, the intermediate wall engaging partition 9 is configured to be movable in the front-rear direction along the first and second ribs M1 and M2.
[0102] In the embodiment described above, it is possible to provide a file in which the first and second gussets M1 and M2, which are expandable and retractable gussets connecting the front outer wall 1, the rear outer wall 2, and the intermediate wall 3, are less likely to protrude outward.
[0103] Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, the partition wall 6 and the adjacent outer wall partitions 7 and 8 on one and the other can provide files that can move smoothly within the storage space sp.
[0104] Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, even when the first and second gussets M1 and M2 are extended to allow the opening C to be opened wide, it is possible to provide a file in which the first and second gussets M1 and M2 can assume a suitable posture.
[0105] As described above, the file according to this embodiment comprises a plurality of wall bodies, namely a front outer wall 1, a rear outer wall 2, and an intermediate wall 3, and first and second gussets M1 and M2 that connect the left and right edges of each wall body so as to form a storage space sp between the front outer wall 1, the rear outer wall 2, and the intermediate wall 3.
[0106] The file has a front outer wall 1 with an outer surface 1 m facing forward, a rear outer wall 2 with an outer surface 2 m facing backward, and an intermediate wall 3 disposed between the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2.
[0107] The file includes a first sill M1 connecting the left and right edges of the front outer wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3, and a second sill M2 connecting the left and right edges of the rear outer wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3.
[0108] Therefore, in this embodiment, even if the first and second gussets M1 and M2 are provided so that the opening C can be opened wide, the intermediate wall 3 allows the first and second gussets M1 and M2 to assume a suitable position.
[0109] The intermediate wall 3 is engaged with the intermediate wall engaging partition 9, which is a component that can form the bottom of the storage space sp.
[0110] Therefore, the intermediate wall 3 maintains a stable posture by engaging not only with the first and second chocks M1 and M2, but also with the intermediate wall engagement partition 9.
[0111] The intermediate wall 3 is provided with a slit 33 into which the intermediate wall engaging portion K of the intermediate wall engaging partition 9, which is a member that can form the bottom of the storage space sp, is inserted.
[0112] Therefore, the intermediate wall 3 is favorably maintained by the engagement of the slit 33 of the intermediate wall 3 with the intermediate wall engagement portion K of the intermediate wall engagement partition 9.
[0113] The component that can form the bottom of the storage space sp is the component that constitutes the partition installed between the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 3, i.e., the intermediate wall engaging partition 9.
[0114] Therefore, the intermediate wall 3 maintains a stable position by engaging not only with the first and second sections M1 and M2, but also with the intermediate wall engaging partition 9, which is one of several partitions installed between the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 3.
[0115] The intermediate wall 3 and the first and second sills M1 and M2 are provided on a single sheet material, the second sheet material S2.
[0116] Therefore, the file is constructed by integrally connecting the intermediate wall 3 and the first and second sections M1 and M2, which not only helps to reduce the number of parts but also contributes to the rationalization of the manufacturing process.
[0117] The intermediate wall 3 comprises a first intermediate wall component 3a connected to the first sill M, and a second intermediate wall component 3b connected to the second sill M2, with these first and second intermediate wall components 3a and 3b superimposed on each other.
[0118] Therefore, the intermediate wall 3 is made of first and second intermediate wall components 3a and 3b that are superimposed, resulting in superior strength.
[0119] Multiple partitions (wall body partition 6, exterior wall adjacent partitions 7 and 8, and intermediate wall engaging partition 9) are installed between the front exterior wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3, and between the rear exterior wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3.
[0120] Therefore, documents and other items to be stored P can be suitably accommodated in the multiple partitions arranged between the front outer wall 1 and the intermediate wall 3, and between the rear outer wall 2 and the intermediate wall 3.
[0121] A connecting portion 4 is provided that connects the lower end of the front exterior wall 1 and the lower end of the rear exterior wall 2.
[0122] Therefore, the connecting portion 4 can suitably regulate the distance between the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2. In addition, a stable posture is maintained when the front outer wall 1 and the rear outer wall 2 are connected via the connecting portion 4.
[0123] Multiple auxiliary bend curves 4f are provided parallel to each other at regular intervals in the connecting section 4.
[0124] Therefore, the connecting section 4 can flexibly adopt not only a straight-extending posture in a side view, but also a curved posture in a side view.
[0125] However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above.
[0127] The first and second gussets can take on any configuration as appropriate, and are not limited to the configuration shown in the above-described embodiment.
[0128] The configuration for the machi to expand and contract between adjacent wall bodies is not limited to that shown in the embodiments described above. For example, the inner part of the first machi and the inner part of the second machi may be joined, and the joining part may be configured to move back and forth within the interior of the intermediate wall (for example, the space between the first and second intermediate wall components) in conjunction with the opening and closing of the front outer wall and the rear outer wall. Even with such a configuration, the first and second machi can expand and contract between adjacent wall bodies, namely the front outer wall, the rear outer wall, and the intermediate wall.
[0130] The middle portion of the upper edge of the first and second gussets does not necessarily have a shape that is concave downwards.
[0131] The file may be configured without a connecting section. The file may be directly connected between the lower end of the front outer wall and the lower end of the rear outer wall.
[0132] The file may not have a lid.
[0133] It goes without saying that each of the multiple partitions can take on an appropriate shape. For example, all of the multiple partitions may have the same structure.
[0135] The number and shape of the multiple partitions that make up the partition assembly can be set as appropriate and are not limited to those shown in the embodiments described above.
[0136] For example, a partition assembly may comprise a partition assembly base that is erected between opposing walls and forms the bottom of a storage space capable of accommodating stored items, and a plurality of partition walls erected on this partition assembly base. The partition assembly base may, for example, be bellows-shaped overall with mountain folds and valley folds, with one end welded to the lower inner surface of the front outer wall which is a wall, and the other end welded to the lower inner surface of the rear outer wall which is a wall.
[0137] Furthermore, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention. [Explanation of Symbols]
