[Solution] One embodiment of the present invention provides an organic fertilizer manufacturing system 1000 including a fixed-volume dispenser 100 that supplies raw material to a plurality of hoppers storing different raw materials; a crusher 200 that crushes the raw material supplied from the hopper; a mixer 300 that mixes the raw material crushed from the crusher; a steamer 400 that supplies moisture to the raw material mixed from the mixer; a molding machine 500 that shapes the raw material supplied from the steamer into a solid raw material; a coating machine 600 that coats the solid raw material produced from the molding machine with microorganisms; a dryer 700 that dries the solid raw material supplied from the coating machine to produce fertilizer; and a packaging machine 800 that packages the fertilizer dried by the dryer.
