To provide a motor unit mount structure which can prevent a motor unit from lifting at collision and at the same time can transmit buffer load to a suspension member of a vehicle efficiently.SOLUTION: A motor unit mount structure 10 is a structure for fixing a motor unit 30 to a suspension member 20 of a vehicle and comprises a mount body part 11 which is fixed to the motor unit 30 and a mount bracket 12 which is fixed to the suspension member 20 by being connected with the mount body part 11. The mount body part 11 includes a first protrusion part 114 which faces to the mount bracket 12. The mount bracket 12 includes a second protrusion part 124 which faces to the mount body part 11. The second protrusion part 124 positions to an upward direction of the first protrusion part 114 and at least one part of the second protrusion part 124 overlaps with the first protrusion part 114 in a vertical direction of the vehicle at viewing from a cross direction of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
