The washing device A is also used as a shampoo table or a washing table for hands and feet. The parallel link part 5 has an upper link 50, a lower link 51, and a telescopic cylinder 52. The upper link 50 and the lower link 51 formed into almost U-shaped forms are arranged with openings facing each other, so that a whole body of the parallel link part 5 forms a cylindrical box-shaped form.
