Abstract
To provide a steamer capable of restricting in-chamber temperature of a steaming chamber from lowering.SOLUTION: In a steamer 1, a steaming chamber 10 is heated by steam to be supplied from a boiler B. The steamer 1 includes first radiators 30 where at least a part is adjacent to an opening part 12 on an outside of the steaming chamber 10. Steam at temperature higher than that of the steam to be supplied to the inside S of the chamber is supplied to the first radiators 30. Thus, outer air to enter the inside S of the chamber from the outside of the steaming chamber 10 can be heated by the first radiators 30. Consequently, the temperature of the inside S of the chamber is restricted from lowering due to the outer air to enter the inside S of the chamber from the outside of the steaming chamber 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
