Abstract
To provide an A / D converter with simpler timing control even in a configuration with an integrator for chopping.SOLUTION: An A / D converter 1 includes a first integrator 2 and a quantizer 3, and further includes a signal input chopping switch 10, a first integration capacitor chopping input switch 6, output side chopping switches 8 and 15 arranged at the output side of a first operational amplifier 4, and a feedback chopping switch arranged in a feedback path from the output of the quantizer 3 to the input of the first integrator 2. The chopping switches 6, 8, 10, 15, and the feedback chopping switch perform chopping operation at the same frequency Fchsys. The output side chopping switches 8 and 15 are arranged so that the polarity of input value of the quantizer 3 matches before and after the chopping operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
