Claims

1. On the exterior wall surface of the balcony of the building to be constructed, a work gondola is provided that can be raised and lowered along a lifting wire. The building has guide poles arranged vertically, each guide pole having an upper attachment part for attaching to the handrail of a balcony on the first floor, a lower attachment part for attaching to the handrail of another balcony located below the first floor, and a locking part for locking from below to the bottom of the balcony on the first floor, the locking part having a foldable flap piece. By securing the flap piece in an upright position from below the bottom of the veranda, the upper attachment portion, the lower attachment portion, and the locking portion secure the guide pole to the outer wall surface of the veranda. By folding the aforementioned flap piece, the guide pole can be removed from the exterior wall surface of the veranda. A work gondola device characterized in that a hook portion for connecting to the work gondola is attached to the guide pole.

2. On the exterior wall surface of the balcony of the building to be constructed, a work gondola is provided that can be raised and lowered along a lifting wire. The building has guide poles arranged vertically and in pairs horizontally on the exterior wall surface of the veranda, each guide pole having an upper attachment part for attaching to the handrail of the veranda on the first floor, a lower attachment part for attaching to the handrail of another veranda located below the first floor, and a locking part for locking from below to the bottom of the veranda on the first floor. The guide pole is detachably attached to the outer wall surface of the veranda by the upper attachment portion, the lower attachment portion, and the locking portion. A tensioning mechanism is provided between the left and right locking parts, and a scattering suppression mechanism is provided between the work gondola and the tensioning mechanism to suppress the scattering of paint and other materials from the work gondola to the outside during construction. A work gondola device characterized in that a hook portion for connecting to the work gondola is attached to the guide pole.

With the guide pole attached to the exterior wall surface of the veranda, the upper attachment part and the lower attachment part respectively restrict the downward and outward movement of the guide pole, but do not restrict upward movement. The work gondola device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the locking portion restricts the upward movement of the guide pole but does not restrict its downward movement.

The work gondola device according to claim 1, characterized in that a pair of the guide poles are arranged in the left-right direction on the outer wall surface of the veranda, tensioning means are provided between the left and right locking parts, and scattering suppression means are provided between the work gondola and the tensioning means to suppress the scattering of paint and the like from the work gondola to the outside during construction.
