Abstract

To provide a rice dishing-up apparatus which enables dishing up cooked rice in a container quickly as its top becomes flattened.SOLUTION: The rice dishing-up apparatus has a conveying screw 23 which coveys rice R in a hopper, a loosening and dropping roller 24 which loosens and drops the rice R, conveyed by the conveying screw 23, into a container C, and dropping position changing means which moves the dropping position of the rice R from the loosening and dropping roller 24 to the container C from one side to the other side by intermittently changing the rotation angle. The dropping position changing means is a moisturizing shutter 25 which prevents the rice R from drying due to the inflow of air from the lower end of the loosening and dropping roller 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
